Vintura's team consists of well experienced consultants with a solid theorethical background.  Most consultant have at least 8 years of industry experience and have university degree combined with an MBA.

The experience makes that we not only have seen but also felt what it is like to work in the industry and that we understand that plans do not make results. It's about action and leadership, not about theories and plans.

The education part allows  us to structure our thougths and optimally use theorethical frameworks: solid theories need to be translated into practical ans sustainable solutions.
